EEC is the baby born of a 50 year old contracting firm, known by the name of Mounir Samaha Contracting (MSC). Half a century of glorious achievements, in delivering all kinds of contracting jobs, has made of Mounir Samaha a well known Lebanese name in the field of contracting. He has crowned his professional life by giving birth to EEC (Effective Efficient Contracting), managed and directed by his elder son, Selmen Samaha.

Selmen Samaha had accompanied his father’s firm for twenty years, through its different departments (roads, buildings, finishing fit-outs and renovation), which gained him all those years of experience in the Design and Build area. That is how he absorbed all aspects of contracting entrepreneurial leadership skills.

Encouraged by young talented Lebanese architects and interior designers, who had collaborated with him and his firm in Beirut and shared with him his dedication to elegance and perfection, and trusted his strong engagement to quality and on-time delivery, Selmen Samaha had the opportunity to go beyond the Lebanese borders through cooperating with them. Together, they crossed the Lebanese borders and he began his journey into the Arabian Gulf.

For all this years, EEC has shown great commitment in carrying the heritage of MSC, and proved to be the gateway to every person searching for high quality finishing for refined and timeless designs.
